Is there an extra cost for delivery?
Our price includes delivery within 20km of Hastings. For destinations further afield, please enquire.
Do you cater for people with dietary requirements?
We can prepare your picnic boxes to cater for most dietary requirements (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan), but please note – platters are not prepared in an allergen-free environment.
How long can food safely be consumed?
To ensure your food is safe to consume, please eat your picnic box within 4 hours of it’s delivery OR store (covered) in the fridge until later that day. After this period food must be thrown out. All food has been prepared in a registered kitchen where Food Safety standards have been adhered to. Once your picnic box is in your possession, it is your responsibility to ensure these standards are met.
When does the payment need to be paid?
To secure your booking we require full payment to be made upon making your order.
Do you offer refunds?
If something changes and you no longer require your picnic order we will provide you a full refund if you contact us in writing at least one week prior to the delivery date.
Will all the picnic food be sourced from Hawke’s Bay?
Presenting you with the best local food is our top priority, and we endeavour that all our food is 100% sourced from Hawke’s Bay, but in the event that this is not possible we will substitute it with another great New Zealand morsel.
